These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoShot platform, website (www.coshot.in), applications, and services, including influencer analytics, content insights, dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
By accessing or using CoShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use CoShot. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Services Provided
CoShot provides tools and services including but not limited to:
– Influencer login via Instagram/Facebook
– Analytics and engagement insights
– Content performance dashboards
– Creator and brand discovery tools
– Studio, podcast, and media-related services (as applicable)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Users may log in using third-party platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to:
– Share login credentials with others
– Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
– Attempt to access restricted areas or data
4. Data Usage & Permissions
By using CoShot, you grant us permission to access permitted data from connected social media accounts in accordance with Meta Platform Policies and our Privacy Policy.
We do not:
– Post content on your behalf without permission
– Access private messages
– Sell personal user data
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Misuse analytics or data for fraud or manipulation
– Reverse engineer or copy the platform
– Upload malicious code or harmful content
– Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, dashboards, and materials on CoShot are the exclusive property of CoShot or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Certain services may require payment. Pricing, plans, and billing terms will be clearly communicated before purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

CoShot integrates with third-party services such as Meta platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by these third parties.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

– Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
You may stop using CoShot at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CoShot is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of analytics, or specific results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoShot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoShot, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
